Andrea has a deep connection to the Brashear Association and the Hilltop community. She is a native of Beltzhoover, her children have participated in the organization’s educational programing in the past and she previously served on Brashear’s Board of Directors as a 1st Vice President. In 2019, she made her way back to the area and to Brashear following her position as Founding Executive Director of the Children’s Sickle Cell Foundation, Inc. During her time at Brashear, she has successfully executed the renovation of the Brashear CARES Center in Knoxville, while also serving a growing variety of needs in the community. Her tireless drive stems from a passion for the communities of South Pittsburgh and her vision for further expansion of Brasher, which will allow Brashear to further improve the quality of life for the residents of those neighborhoods.

Lindsay has always had a passion for helping people and she loves children, especially teens. She started her career with Brashear as Employment Case Manager. In her current role as Youth Program Coordinator, Lindsay is responsible for the planning and implementation of curriculum for the youth program at Brashear, including the after school program and the summer program. Lindsay is a lifelong resident of the Hilltop, a mother of two, who in her spare time loves to read, listen to different genres of music, and spend time with family and friends.

Rhealyn joins the Brashear Association as an Youth Program Assistant. She is known to be a Multifaceted Professional and has served various roles throughout the organization. She plays a major role in our Food Pantry and Resource Center. As a Resource specialist she works with community members to help them apply for assistance such as housing, employment, transportation and disability services. She is a very versatile, detailed and dedicated employee.

Growing up in the Hilltop, Tim’s love for his neighborhood brought him back to help the South Pittsburgh communities. Joining the Brashear youth team in 2023, Tim has willingly taken on more responsibility and is a reliable member of the team. His roles include transportation, structured recreational activities and meal preparation.

Dawnn M. Clisby joined The Brashear Association in January 2026 as an Employment Case Manager, leading employment-focused services at the Neighborhood Employment Center. She provides individualized case management, job readiness coaching, and digital literacy support to assist unemployed and under employed South Pittsburgh residents secure and retain meaningful work. Drawing on more than two decades in inclusive workforce development, Dawnn partners with employers and training providers to expand equitable, people-centered career opportunities for the families and communities Brashear serves. Dawnn is a graduate of Duquesne University where she earned degrees in Marketing and Management. Dawnn is a devoted mother and proud grandmother. She finds joy in singing, roller skating, traveling, and spending meaningful time with her loved ones.

Gwen joined the Brashear Association in 2022. She supports the Food Pantry by ordering, preparing and managing distributions for Brashear’s Food Pantry clients. Gwen is also a Nanna for the Adopt-A-Nanna program. Gwen finds her work exciting and loves the connections she has made with the clients to ensure that the needs of the community are being met.
