Youth Program Manager
The Youth Programs Manager will report directly to the Director of Education and manage youth programs and activities involving our Brashear Families. This includes the Adopt-a-Nanna Transportation Program, and Parent Leadership and Engagement Program, among others. The Youth Program Manager will work with schools, community partners, parents, and the Youth Education Coordinator to ensure safe transportation for youth for off-site programs, and field trips. This position is full-time, with some evening and weekend hours required.
Family Services Case Manager
The Family Services Case Manager reports directly to the Director of Programs and Services. The Family Services Case Manager is responsible for assisting Brashear Families seeking to improve their lives by furthering their education and/or seeking employment opportunities and those who are in immediate need of utility assistance or help with navigating social services systems and applications. This position is part-time at the South Side location at 1926 Sarah Street at 20th Street. Hours are Monday through Friday 10 am-2 pm with some occasional evenings and weekends. hours.
Youth Support Specialist I
The Youth Support Specialist will report directly to the Youth Education Coordinator in assisting with the youth programs and activities involving our Brashear Families. This includes the Brashear Family Table, Brashear Youth Programs, and programs facilitated by our partners. The Youth Support Specialist will assist in maintenance and communication of our programs in the Brashear activity space. This position will be full time, with some evening and weekend hours required.
Youth Support Specialist II
The Youth Support Specialist II will report directly to the Youth Education Coordinator in assisting with the youth programs and activities involving our Brashear Families. This includes the Brashear Family Table, Brashear Kids Programs, and programs facilitated by our partners. The Youth Support Specialist will assist in maintenance and communication of our programs in the Brashear activity space. This position will be full time, split-shift, 6:30 am to 10:00 am and 2:30 pm 7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required.
Director of Development
The Development Director is responsible for leading all development activities within The Brashear Association in an effort to raise funding for organization operations and its programs. The position develops, implements and monitors a comprehensive fundraising plan to expand philanthropic support of the organization – including identifying and strengthening relationships with community stakeholders, actively pursuing and managing corporate and individual leads, foster strong donor and sponsor stewardship, interacting with former donors to encourage ongoing contributions, and seeking, applying for and managing grant funding. Additionally, this position plans and produces internal Brashear fundraising events.
