REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

As part of the BrashearCARES Hilltop Community Center, The Brashear Association, Inc. “Brashear” is seeking proposals for architecture and engineering services for a new ~15,000 – 20,000 SF commercial building that will feature a market, café, and other community oriented space. The project is located in the City of Pittsburgh in the 300 block of Brownsville Road. The scope of services includes all design and engineering work associated with the project from pre-schematic design through construction administration.

Proposals will be accepted electronically until August 29, 2022 at 4pm.

Brashear reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
