Description:
The South Consortium is an association of service providers convened by the
Association. The Consortium meets each month on the third Friday to discuss human
services needs, gaps, and solutions. The consortium works with the Birmingham
Foundation to produce The Birmingham Directory, a guide to services in
South Pittsburgh.

Description:
The South Side Planning Forum brings together representatives from the primary
community-based organizations on the South Side to address community development
issues and concerns. The group, which is governed by consensus, meets on the
second Tuesday of the month. The Forum is responsible for the development, implementation
and revision of the South Side Neighborhood Plan and for the distribution
of funds through the South Side Sports and Recreation Fund.

of organization and resource development. The agency also provides meeting space
at its two facilities.
